Recommended use: Helps to relieve the symptoms and shorten the duration of upper respiratory tract infections.

Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 2-3 cups daily.

Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.

Ingredients : Organic Echinacea purpurea root, Organic licorice root, Organic licorice root dry aqueous extract, Organic marshmallow leaf, Organic lemon myrtle leaf, Organic marshmallow root, Organic fennel fruit, Organic sweet orange peel, and Organic cinnamon bark.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a liver disorder, or if you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis or multiple sclerosis, or are taking immunosuppressants.
